Whenever I’ve had a problem or needed help . The support team are SO helpful ! They contact you so quickly . In on instance ( just before Christmas- the busiest time for Howler , I’m sure ) A employee phoned me personally to help me sort out a problem with one of my tickets and sorted it out in less than 2 minutes .
