I wish all queries could get resolved like this...

I made a mistake using an incorrect email address to send my fiance's ticket too, I had sent a query through and called in all stressed and the consultant, Mogau, was calm and very helpful. He did what he said he was going to do and was very quick about it. He called to keep me updated as well. I really appreciate the help and for being able to correct my mistake. I have never had a query resolved so easy and quickly as this with other services.
