Howler's Heartless Summer Ripoff

I attended the Heart Summer Festival 2019 and was given no choice but to make use of howler for ticket purchase. Tickets were advertised at 150 rand by heart but howler added extra "fees" and tickets became more expensive. Then we were informned that the whole festival is cashless and we will need to use howlers casless servce. What a freaking *******. They charge 10rand to load my own freaking money? And to add insult to injury, for every purchase made on the day of the event they charged a 10% fee/commission/rippoff fee. I seriously do not know what service they provided beside enriching themselves.
