Howler...f@#$%€ zero grade *******
You guys are ****ing *******. Not only did you rip us off at the Heart Summer Festival event, you're still doing it now after the event.
I am a loyal Heart FM supporter and I went out of my way to get tickets for my family. Unfortunately my son got sick and my husband stayed with him knowing how much I wanted to attend. I paid for refund insurance and youre telling me you cant refund me. Lots of empty promises What happened to all the food trucks you promised, and the beach oasis, then R80 for a 2 litre coke, R250 per ticket...flippant joke!
I wish I can give you a zero rating as 1 star is still too much for your *** service.
