HOWLER.CO.ZA, THEY REFUSE TO REFUND CANCELLATION DUE NO TRANSPORT

The above mentioned company refuse to refund my son's ticket that he purchased of R355.17 for an event taking place on 5 March 2023. Cancellation of this ticket was made on the 2 March 2023, reasons being, mechanical breakdown of car and having no transport to attend the event(SUNDAY BLOM). A Refund protection was paid to this company and they refuse to reimburse monies paid.
