I bought 2 tickets, and was charged for 2 tickets amount R 1,614.38 (ref WAN-6EFR4E3) On site one of my sons, were not allowed in, as they said that we had purchased only one ticket, the staff on site kept them at the door , until 11.57pm, we send them all the details that we had on whattsup, but were refused entry, then we had to buy another ticket for R950.00 at the door , eitherwise he would of missed out the whole event, we need management to look into this issue and hopefully we can resolev it amicably, we have the pictures of the staff, and all the tickets thank you

I know that buying another ticket at the door must have been a really horrible experience. I'm glad we were able to sort out the issue in the end, and I hope you had a really good time at the event despite these problems.
