Howler will not refund

We bought tickets to the Plett rage. Due to Covid the event was cancelled. Howler told us they would only pay part of the money back if we claimed immediately but would pay the full amount of we waited till the end of the year. We waited, as instructed, but when we asked for the money again, we were told they would be making no refunds. They walked away with almost R3000 per person on such a large event, with no refunds but continue to operate. This is unacceptable.
