Howler - true cost of tickets purchased on their online platform is higher than advertised

Howler advertise tickets for a certain price but then charge additional "fees" of 17.33% on every ticket purchase. You are also obliged to buy their tickets online only, I guess to ensure that additional 17.33% "fees" get paid. Howler misrepresents the true costs of tickets purchase via their portal.
