Howler ticket purchase was *****ulent

We when a tickets and or events are published on the Howler website and we are interested, we usually go into the Howler site to confirm that the event is listed on their legal and correct website before we proceed to purchase tickets. In our case the Octoberfest were advertised and legally published on Howler's website. we soon after purchasing the tickets discovered that the physical site with the venue published on Howler is *****ulent. We contacted Howler immediately. The lady confirmed and viewed the site and publications on their own site and confirmed that it indeed is published and marketed on their site but they will not be refunding us for the tickets purchased. Soon after the conversation Howler removed the marketing and the event. Be careful to purchase any tickets on Howler site, they do not take accountability for *****ulent events and remove the marketing and event right after the complaint. They just say that they do not take responsibility. I am concerned that even when you confirm the event on their site, it might not be real and might be *****ulent. I myself will not use Howler again.
