Howler, the name says it all!!! Its just howling and no response!!!!

Bought Ramfest VIP tickets which due to unforseeable circumstances I cant make it. Read their terms and conditions on a refund which I fall within.

Howler have denied my request for a refund which is way ahead of the festival and know very well that they will sell the ticket easily.

I had a wedding invitation come through after booking the ticket. My family always comes 1st! Howler obviously thinks that they can decide your life for you! The ridiculous interrogation method they have for a refund is ********* as well. You are pretty much forced to do what they want within the refund questionnaire. This isn't the 1st time I've had issues with Howler! Prior was issues with the refund on the wristbands.

Howler ticketing and events are a complete disaster and raise some very questionable methods etc.

When trying to get hold of someone via email there is just absolutely no response at all. They hide from the problem immediately!
