Howler Tech is a ******** me out my money

I went to the DSTV delicious fest and loaded money onto my account. They still have not paid my balance back. Countless calls, emails and Instagram DMs have been sent and the only answer they have given me is "we are working on it". Its been a couple of weeks and whilst others have recieved their balance nothing has been done about my issue.
