Howler system does not work for online users

I had the most awful experience with howler at the DSJ Schulbasar 2023! Being advised to download tickets and to upload money onto the card to avoid long queues which I did and got confirmation via email but when I got there my tickets could not be found on their system nor the money that I had loaded! The supervisor said there was nothing she could and I was just left standing there! After standing my ground for an hour, eventually they gave me cards with my amounts loaded! That was not a cool way to start the beautiful day we had planned! Never again will I load money on line! Now I'm waiting in anticipation to see if I will be reimbursed for the money that wasn't used!
