Howler Support doesnt exist
I have been trying to resolve an issue with a ticket not reflecting on my profile for over a month.
I have provided all information within in minutes of asking from their automated reply.
My event is this weekend.

As mentioned in our response to your review on Trust Pilot, our system shows that we rep**** each time to your mails but unfortunately didn't receive a response. I believe our Customer Support Manager has since called you to apologize and sort out any outstanding issue.
