Howler sucks

Site is completely unuser friendly and the staff are just as ***********.

Still trying to rectify an issue with a ticket.

Tried changing the details via the online instructions but that option is not available.

Asked staff multiple times to reissue the ticket but it wants us to ign up again and that is not working.

Asked multiple times for the ticket details to be amended and to be sent back to us, but hat has not been done either.

A standard ticket should have been sold like previous Ultras did in Johannesburg and all these issues could have been averted.
