Howler Service

Today is my boyfriend's birthday and I wanted to give him something to experience, so I went over to Howler and bought a ticket to a rock festival in 2020. I had exactly 30 minutes to make the purchase and print the ticket before I met him for coffee. As I printed the ticket I realized my name was on the ticket and not his. In a panic I messages Howler and within seconds they responded with a very easy step by step process to change the name. Before my coffee date, I was able to make the changes and print the ticket again with his name on it. Fantastic service to the Howler team. #Howler
