Howler saying my refund has been processed BUT No money recieved !!!!
I requested a cash out form howler on Thursday evening 15 FEB 2018 from the 2018 ULTRA Jhb. I have since contacted the support to inquire why I haven't received my refund which I was told would take 1 to 2 working days. It has since been 3 working days and I am now being told that "It takes MY BANK 7- 14 days to clear the payment". This seems extremely strange as I have not changed banks and attended the same concert last year and I received my refund from Howler after 2 days.
