Howler posts false advertising for events and ***** your money

i would just like to voice my absolute disappointment and disgust that Howler advertised Its Personal Picnic as no under 18 allowed at the event i purchased tickets to the value of R2600.00 for my sons 18th we arrived at the event and were told its no under 21's they are refusing to give me a refund based on the fact i never took refund protect why would I when i had ever intention of being at the event - I am going to do further investigation based of false adverting they are bunch of *******
