Howler pick pockets

I have used howler on 3 occasions and had to load cash into my “wallet” that you can use with an arm bracelet. After each event I want to draw the remaining fund I loaded and each time Howler have said it’s not allowed. I feel this is terrible as each time I have +_ R1000 remaining in the Howler wallet. They don’t even keep it till the next event , they just claim your money. Has anyone else noticed this?
