Howler - PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!

Howler, your service it pathetic. Manila Luzon tickets cancelled at Babylon the Bar by the organizers. App**** for my refund of 2 tickets. On the emails from Howler it states the refund can take up to 5 days. Howler, it's almost a month, NO REFUND!!!!! Your customer service is pathetic, more than 20 emails later with your automated responses, pathetic. I have contacted the manager et of Dragcon as well to escalate my frustrations.
