Howler | Paradise Springs
Paradise Springs (Tickets via Howler) event got cancelled and we were told to request ticket and accommodation refunds. Tickets were refunded but not the accommodation. I emailed for accommodation refund on the 15th of April 2022. No one gets back to me and ignores me when I mention the refund. Terrible. What is the delay?

Unfortunately we were given strict instructions from the organisers that we could not process refunds for the accomodation and the organisers were processing the refunds for accomodation for this event. If your refund has still not been processed for this, please reach out so that we can address this with the organisers as they should be processing these seamlessly.
