Howler openly refuses refunds and blames the event organisers for not allowing them to refund tickets

Howler has long been known for being one of the top ticketing services in South Africa and they are hiding behind their reputation on order to withhold refunds. I was unable to attend an event and when I asked for a refund, they stated that no refunds were allowed according to the event organisers. When I asked them for a copy of the statement alongside the event page, I got sent a generic statement saying that no refunds are allowed with no reference to the event that I had bought tickets to. They are using their reputation to trick people into believing that no refunds are possible in order to maximise their profits at the expense of the consumer.
