I bought an early bird ticket for corona beach festival on 2 Feb 2020 with the hopes of going to see Gorgon city. My ticket had REFUND PROTECTION. Meaning I paid over and above the price so in the even of cancellation I could get 100% back! The pandemic hit and in 18 March 2020 I app**** for a refund- I was told to apply for refund through the app. I did so promptly (same day). 20 April 2020 I get a response saying (I paraphrase) they did not want to approve my refund, they want to keep the money and my ticket will be valid for the next corona beach festival. It's a year later and the do not want to refund me and have failed to issue another date for the festival. When I follow up on their lack to refund...They say they will give 20% back. How when I asked for the refund 18 March for an event scheduled to take place in November? I had refund protection, I asked for my refund well before 90 days -7 months in advance of the scheduled event!! Refund me the full amount as my request for refund was sent and registered on 18 March 2020!
