Howler is bad news
Went to Bok Radio's food & whatever show. Was forced to use Howler to buy anything. From a bottle of water to all food and wine stalls with the repeated promise that all monies left on the card can be redeemed simply by visiting Howler's website. Firstly, there is no reason why all credit left after the event cannot be transferred to your account automatically. Secondly, Howler's website is utterly user unfriendly. After numerous attempts I was unable to get registered - while being forced to provide my ID number, my card details, my google account, etc. This is utterly unacceptable and Bok Radio should intervene and assist. Its not about the R100 or R300 left on the card. It's about the process. If 10 000 people can't reclaim R100 , it's a million bucks ****** by Howler!
