Howler is a ****
attended the Rand show 2022. tried to cash out my balance on Howler card they signed me up on site. Im trying to log into my account but says reset password. When i reset they say no account exit i must sign up. Keep me running in circles. The most terrible and unfriendly staff on site. This is a ****. stay away.

After the pandemic, our staff seem to be a little rusty and we are implementing new training sessions to improve the service onsite.
