Howler is a rip-off

I agree with other reviewers. Rip-off! 1) Having to create a user account to get a refund. It's data-mining! 2) Charging an admin fee to to refund money! 3) Web-site crashed halfway through the refund operation! Still down! I am sure many people just never bother to have all their money refunded. Also, what are the chances that one is able to spend exactly the amont on the card at an event. So there might often be smallish amounts left on peoples cards. Often that will just be left in howler's account.

I agree. It's basically a **** and rip-off.
