Howler GetReal Ticket

In February 2020, I bought tickets to music festival ‘GetReal’ - this event was “postponed” due to the Covid-19 lockdown. It is 2024 and I have still not received my refund. Every time I check the event page, the dates change and the social media of this event has been inactive since announcing the 2020 postponement. I have contacted Howler on numerous occasions and they have first instructed me to contact the event organisers myself for a refund. The event organisers have gone ghost. Their mail boxes are full and unreachable. On two occasions both on email and phone call, I was promised a refund by Howler, they never upheld their promise. A total of R567 is owed to me and they have not made any efforts to contact the event organisers themselves and get down to the bottom of this.

4 years on and it is completely evident that Howler and GetReal have taken their portion of the tickets and ran away with money that it still owed to us.
