Howler events Callum Scott Durbsn Botanical Gardens

Booked for the Callum Scott concert in Durban which got canceled after us waiting for 2 hrs in line. Called howler a number of times only to be told communication will be sent next week regarding refund. Pathetic service. Been 2 weeks already and I am still waiting for a email from them on how to get my refund.
