HOWLER CASHOUT ****!!
I attended AfroPunk Fest this past New Years and loaded my card with cash which i didn't exhaust and now when I go online to cash out the balance it shows R0.00 insufficient funds. Where is the balance ? , this looks like a **** I even sent you guys a message from your website but no one has contacted me. I am getting worried that it will over the 14 days cashout limit. The event happened on the 30/31 December 2018 and I followed the procedure and I was told I'll receive an automatic cashout on the 5th of January 2019. But then I receive a message telling me insufficient funds. Where are my funds,????
