Howler Cashless system theft
I attended the AIG Summer festival in Mossel Bay. None of the food stall on that day made use of the Howler ticket system and did all transactions with Cash only. However, purchase history on both my daughter and my cards shows food items. Using a **** seller name like Antie Vestani selling vetkoek and sweets. Another entry just shows 1 x Other amount - R100 deducted. Easy way to get money for free !!!!!!
