Howler Booking System Unproffesional and Pathetic

Booking the DSTV Delicious event using howler was one of the worst booking experience i have ever experienced. I was given ticket for a wrong day and could not get the date rectified nor refunded. Can they in future use a different Booking system, No to Howler.
