Howler assistance

I have never been to a Music Festival before and so I decided for the first time to purchase tickets to Ultra SA through Howler. I was a bit confused with the whole process and a Howler employee responded ever so quickly to assist me. My issue was resolved in a few minutes with Ultra professionalism (lol). I'm so excited to be going soon and pleased to know that if for any reason I cannot make it, Howler has my back in giving me a full refund (which I probably won't need).
