Howler are *******!!! Poor customer service ethics and values

If I could rate Howler negative I would!!! Trying to get my topup cash out from this company has been the worst customer experience I have ever had the displeasure of receiving. They ignore emails, close tickets before resolution, and simply do not respond. I want my money that you've been sitting on for nearly a year!!! Absolutely bewildered at the poor values this company displays! They will do everything in their power to prevent you getting your money
