Howler are ****mers

Howler sold me two tickets to an event that did not exist. A week before the event, when I tried to find more information on the event, Howler had removed the event. When I requested a refund they refunded me only 25% i.e. according to their normal refund policies. In other words Howler ****med me out of 75% of the ticket price for an event that did not exist.
