Howle- unacceptable

A Halloween 🎃 function was happening in Sandton this weekend. But we got emails and Watsapp with regards to the US embassy scare in Sandton this weekend. I emailed Howler if this even was getting cancelled and if we could get a refund. They advised:

“ At this point in time, the event organiser has not made any decision to cancel the event. This means we aren’t able to process a refund for your reason stated above. We can assure you that all event organisers – in close collaboration with local authorities and security personnel – are treating this threat seriously and adjusting all measures accordingly.

To be advised today that this event did take place after all!!!!

This is totally unacceptable. I will never book through them again. I want my 200 rand back.

So what now
