Horrible Refund Policy and Service Delivery
I purchased tickets for GT3 event at Kaylami in November. I wanted to upgrade my tickets and was advised that 1. I can not give my tickets to my clients (as this was for work) 2. I can not make any changes or upgrades to my ticket, and the only way to do so is ask for a refund and lose 10% or R330 fee. This is insane. It is highly frustrating and extremely unprofessional. In addition no one was willing to ever entertain helping. I was going to buy additional tickets from some of our other clients, however will not be supporting any events which use Howler, as this is pathetic and unreasonable service. I have had horrible service before when trying to get a refund for my event top up. However this bring in to question anyone wanting to use this companies services.

Thank you for the message. I did call several times, and once I managed to speak with a representative, i was advised in a less than professional tone and manor, that this is a regular issue, for which Howler receives numerous complaints, and that this is Iife. I do not see this as customer focused or a reasonable level of service. A take it or leave attitude is not ideal for such a new company. Hiding behind "our terms and condition" does not constitute to be reasonable or fair way to do business. I feel that the management of the company, the ones who are earning the real money are at fault and should listen to their customers and staff. I urge any vendors and event organisers to be extremely careful of working and trusting their event ticket sales with such a unreasonable company.
