Horrible customer service

Amapiano Fest 2025.

Event was originally scheduled for the 29th March, they didn’t even bother sending emails for this change. But stumbled upon a poster on social media stating that the event has been moved to a different date and venue. 12th of April was the new date.

Well I was understanding, but they decide to send out emails today, stating that the event has to be rescheduled once again. To a new date and venue, mind you none of these have been provided. The reasons they are giving make no sense, because they are issues that could have been resolved with proper planning.

They are now refusing to issue out refunds which is ridiculous, considering how horrible of an inconvenience this is.
