High fee and intransparent

To purchase a ticket the service is fine. To resell a festival ticket is a different story. You have to pay a ridiculous 10 euro fee to sell the ticket. Once the ticket is sold you receive no information of when you will receive payment, nor is there any history or information found on your howler account on the status of this sale and details about the buyer, and/or payment you have to receive. I advise you all to sell the ticket on TicketSwap. Its faster, more transparent, you can make a little bit of a profit too of the tickets when they are high in demand, and the fees are reasonable.
