Great service from Howler. thanks to Nompumelelo

After getting a timeout on Howler due to delays in the Lay up payment option I nearly missed a chance to get tickets that got booked out within hours. However after logging a call with Howler helpdesk I got exceptional service from Nompumelelo N who constantly provided back on my query. Although it took some time to be resolved as it had to be escalated to a different team but I was happy with the service as Nompumelelo provided constant updates and also promptly responded to my emails.
