Great level of service - thank you team!

Overall I was impressed with my recent experience with the Howler team. I recently purchased some tickets for an event in SA (which I am yet to attend) and sadly I had purchased the incorrect number of tickets, however after reaching out to the support team via email and some communication back and forth, they were able to fix my issue in a very timely manner. Thank you to Deneo and his management team for rectifying my issue and being so professional and going above and beyond to ensure I received the right level of customer service! The support team responded to me very quickly and overall I had a good experience - thank you!
