Great customer service from Deneo and Howler!

We booked tickets for Parklive 2024. Had to cancel 2 of the 12 tickets. I spoke to Deneo and what a great experience. The communication about the refund and the whole process was just brilliant. I was only supposed to get 25% back yet she arranged full refund. She sorted everything from the first call to refund, with money in my account in less than a day.One of the best experiences with a company this year regarding customer service.
