Grand White Party (Pretoria) by Howler

I had a very bad experience at the Grand White Picnic which was held at Loftus versfeld which was hosted by Howler. I bought 3 tickets which they sent an email of the tickets with their bar codes, However when i got to the entrance i was told one ticket was scanned, i could not understand how my ticket was scanned where else i have my phone with the tickets and the bar code, to my shock they said a person can actually call out your name then they can trace the tickets with the name and they let that person in, in case their phone is off, i have never had of such weak controls for such a big event, they did not verify at least ID number. The Manager Kiki did not even show remorse about the incident we argued for almost an hour but in the end we had to buy another ticket, i was so angry i didn't even enjoy the event, we wasted time arguing about the situation, I will never ever go to the event again# VERY DISAPPOINTED
