Good Customer Service Although Slow.
The customer service agents were nice and my problem was resolved. It could have been done quicker though. I only received one reply per day for something that could've been fixed on the day. The website UI can be better. Purchasing tickets and paying their high fees wasn't easy compared to Computicket.
