After struggling a few days to finally get the tickets bought we went to the concert. But to my surprise the next day they again deducted money. I e-mailed them and they asked a few questions and in return I asked them if a bank statement would suffice. From my view point this is ***** at its best because nowhere I gave permission for them to make a random deduction. This is a online service where you pay for the concert tickets and you receive it. Who gives them.permission to deduct from you account without your knowledge or permission 🤔
