I purchased tickets for a festival and had to input my ID number, the tickets were issued and payment was made. After the fact, I was alerted that anyone under 20 would not be allowed admission. The ID number showed that it was for a 19-year-old, in this instance the ticket should have not been issued and rejected, but they take your money and then tell you that the ticket is not valid! I have been trying for more than 3 days to get a reply and no one is bothered to assist! This company is a ****!! I will be opening a ******** theft case.
