Explanation for thousands’ worst festival experience?

Worst communication. Poorest execution. THIS after Howler and Lush failed at the start of the 3-day festival to designate an area for those of us who paid R1000 extra for a powered campsite and a better toilet-to-people ratio? Also, no hot showers as promised on the website? Also, no clear signs as to where the entrances and exits are? Also, Artists who can’t perform because of the rain, yet the website reassures the show will go on??? To add insult to injury, there are only “security guards” who have not been properly informed. Each “security guard” has their own rules for what we are allowed to take into the festival grounds. No explanations, no apologies? Howler, Noah’s Cheese Farm and Lush organisers reek of arrogance and greed. PLUS, the owner of Noah’s Cheese Farm failed to send tractors to visitors who are stuck in the mud, because he is too hungover to help according to the event organisers.
