Excellent Service

Very happy with the service from Howler.co.za. Bought Tickets for the Bridal Expo and loaded the one ticket with cash for the event. Unfortunately I was unable to attend. I understood I couldn't get the tickets refunded but I was very concerned that I wouldn't be able to get the money back that I had loaded to spend at the Expo - (website cash out option asks for a wrist band, which I obviously did not collect!). Monday morning I emailed them and my query was handled before 11am with confirmation of the refund to be processed and the amount! Thank you for the seamless cash back!
