Excellent customer service

This was my first time using howler and I am very satisfied with the service. I purchased a ticket yesterday and selected the wrong event. I reached out to support via email. I was assisted by Nompumelelo N who gave me step by step instructions. I had to make another order with the correct date, emailed her the order number of both set of tickets. In less than 24 hours I received a full refund and kept the new dates. Very different way of doing this but I am happy with the customer service.
