Events organized with no security

Recent experience with Howler organized event - Opium on 25/11 at Lotus club in Rosebank where they coordinate socials hosted by matric students -poorly organized security resulted in more than 10 cellphones being pickpocketed/ bags ****** The organizers have still not made contact with the victims to give feedback of any type of investigations and were very unhelpful on the night. I think it’s an easy **** to make money of vulnerable teenagers and really ********* and unsafe to not have adequate security knowing that these events become targets for drugs and crime.
