DSTV Delish festival & Howler

I 2 bought pre-access tickets in April 2022 for weekend passes and now due to an oversight on both DSTV and Howler's side my tickets are being retracted. The confusion that had been perpetuated from Jul 2022 from Howler is makes me even more upset as they kept repeating the wrong information and now 2 days before the festival I'm ****** of 1 ticket that I had paid for already.
