Dont use Howler
Be very careful purchasing anything through Howler I purchased 6 tickets for the Clarens Bike Fest but due to the travel restrictions between provinces I requested a refund which has been declined. R1599 just disappears to who knows where, this is the second experience I have had with them *****ing my money.

Howler has no intention of retaining your funds , neither have you lost your funds in purchasing your tickets for this Event .
We have responded to your email request and we have advised you that as per communication from the organizer the Clarens Bike Festival is not cancelled but postponed to a future date when the Lock down level permits events and your ticket is still valid for that future date, therefore there was not refunds on these tickets .
